Travel Software
Trazel
Travel software — a live product for the travel trade, not a holiday brochure.
Trazel is a live travel software product. I put it in this portfolio next to B2C travel sites and a B2B company site because those are not the same kind of work. Software for the travel trade has to serve how a travel business operates, not how a traveller browses a holiday.

Context
The user here is a travel business, not a family planning a trip. That sounds obvious until you have spent years in travel and seen teams treat every travel URL as if it were a brochure. Trazel is listed as software for a reason: the person using it is trying to run travel work, not read destination copy.
The requirement
The requirement was a live travel-technology product. A tourism website can live as pages. Software cannot. It has to be a product someone in the trade can actually use. I am not going to invent a module list I cannot stand behind — the live product is the record of what shipped.
The work
What I can point to is the live product at trazel.com, and the fact that this sits in the travel-software part of my work rather than in the consumer-holiday part.
I spent most of my career at Sriggle, a travel B2B company, across design engineering, design leadership and later customer advocacy. Trazel belongs to that travel-product chapter. The distinction I care about on this page is simple: this is software for the trade, InterMiles is a consumer platform, and Sriggle’s own site is a B2B company website.
What mattered
- Live travel software, not a destination brochure
- Built for travel businesses, not for holiday shoppers
- Sits alongside B2C and B2B travel work in the same career, not instead of them
My role
My involvement is travel-product work from years spent in that industry. I will not invent a job title on Trazel that I cannot document. What I can document is the type of product, that it is live, and that I know the difference between this and a consumer booking site because I have worked around both.
What this work shows
If you are a travel company, this page should tell you I have worked around travel software — not only clinic websites, and not only a company About page. Open Trazel, InterMiles and Sriggle together and the three business models are sitting in the open.
Questions about this project
Is Trazel a holiday website?
No. It is listed as travel software. Holiday Market and Holidayme in this portfolio are consumer travel websites. Those are a different brief.
Who is it for?
Travel businesses that need software for how they work. A traveller shopping for a package is not the primary user of this product type.
What did you actually do on Trazel?
I include Trazel as live travel-software work from the years I spent in travel, mainly at Sriggle. I am not publishing an unverified list of screens or integrations. The live product is the reference.
How should I read this against InterMiles?
InterMiles is a consumer B2C travel platform. Trazel is travel software. Same industry, different product.
Where can I see it?
trazel.com. That is the live product.
